Auburn, California is a historic Gold Rush town located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, northeast of Sacramento. The area was inhabited by the Nisenan and Maidu people for thousands of years prior to the arrival of European settlers.

The town of Auburn was founded in 1848, shortly after the discovery of gold in nearby Coloma. Originally named North Fork Dry Diggings, the town quickly grew as miners flocked to the area in search of gold. In 1850, the name was changed to Auburn, after Auburn, New York.

During the 1850s and 1860s, Auburn became a center of trade and transportation for the surrounding mining communities. The town’s Main Street was lined with hotels, saloons, and other businesses catering to miners and travelers.

We offer mobile rock chip repair as long as the damage can be covered with a quarter. As long as the damage does not exceed the size of a quarter, we will attempt to repair it. We offer same day service on rock chip repairs 7 days a week.
